• Relocation and onboarding information — your planned move timeframe, target move date, who is moving with you, residency process status, lifestyle priorities and checklist progress.
• Housing preferences — whether you plan to rent or buy, your housing budget, and your feedback on properties shared with you.
• AI checklist inputs — the move details you type into the AI relocation checklist tool.
• Concierge applications — the contact details, move details and needs you share in a Concierge inquiry.
• Contact form messages — your name, contact details and anything you write when you contact us.
• Consultation information — consultation dates, your questions and goals, notes from your consultation and any written action plan.

We use your information to provide Fresh Start services: personalizing your relocation dashboard and checklist, sharing housing options, preparing for and following up on consultations, responding to Concierge applications, and contacting you about your move.

AI checklist inputs are sent to an AI service provider solely to generate your checklist.

We collect your email address when you create an account, apply for Concierge, or book or attend a consultation. We use it to provide those services and to contact you about your move.

Marketing emails — relocation tips, Costa del Sol guides, housing updates and Fresh Start offers — are separate and optional. We only send them if you tick the marketing checkbox, and we record whether and when you gave that permission. Saying no never affects your account or our services. You can withdraw permission at any time by emailing freshstartcostadelsol@gmail.com.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for advertising. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the website (such as hosting, database and AI processing), or when you ask us to introduce you to an independent professional.

Your account information is private to you and to authorized Fresh Start administrators. Other customers cannot see your information. Internal notes made by Fresh Start staff are not shown to customers.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information. Fresh Start will respect the privacy rights required by applicable laws, including applicable U.S. privacy laws and, where applicable, European and Spanish data-protection requirements.
