Consultation & Cancellation Policy

The Fresh Start Relocation Consultation is a private 60-minute video consultation. It costs $175 USD.

Consultations are booked online through our scheduling page. A written action plan is provided after the consultation.

If you upgrade to Fresh Start Concierge after your consultation, your consultation fee can be credited toward your Concierge package.

You may cancel or reschedule your consultation when the request is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

You may reschedule once at no additional charge when the request is made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Missed consultations (no-shows) are non-refundable.

If Fresh Start needs to cancel your consultation, you may choose to reschedule at no additional charge or receive a full refund.
